I found this in my stasch of parts i think that i got it when i bought a parts 41 sedan car. Any guesses i had someone tell me that it's a transmission lock

its the "pop out" ignition switch for a model A ford

It's not a pop-out but it is a replacement for a Model A pop-out switch.

whats the clue bob, we cant even really see the switch part ?

You can't push the replacement in to turn it off.
