Default GranCor Heads?

I recently bought a complete 8BA engine with GranCor heads. They are the heads with only three horizontal fins. The heads appear to be very good, very little corosion(the engine has been sitting in the dry without water in it for 30 years).

How were these heads? Cooling? Performance?

sanborn ................
I don't know about the performance, but they were marketed by Andy Granatelli, the great race car driver.

1st pic that Petehoovie send , there is Cranatelli intake with center carb mounting for four bolt 2100 Holley. I have similar with uncomplete linkage. It looks like previous owner had plans to have it progressive a way that 2 end carbs would be the primaries and the middle one which is 1 5/32 bore would be the secondary.
I'm planning to put that on my `34 and have to make a decision which way to make the linkage. Center carb primary or secondary ? Any opinions how they were used ?

Old dead thread. But.... If I can ask. What does the lower end look like? Three carbs is an interesting direction.

Main center. no choke outer dump carbs.

My opinion is you could be happiest with center primary and ends secondary.

Most of the Grancore heads have the stock Ford combustion chamber, with a lower transfer ares to increase the CR. Howeve ethey did make a racig head that had an exelent chamber including a relocated spark plug.
