Frame code
Is there a code anywhere on the frame to tell where it was made?
My May 6 1930 AA doesn't have a body number. *AA3334675*

Re: Frame code
All frames, A and AA, were assembled in Dearborn then shipped out to the assembly plants to continue the assembly such as the running board brackets plus all the other goodies.
Unless you know where "AA3334675" was dropped into a chassis, one could never know. And no...there is no "code" that I know of telling where it was assembled. Pluck |

Re: Frame code
The only other marking I know of on a frame is the Twin Cities assembly plant put a letter and digit on the right rear to indicate what spring and body style it gets.
My 29 Tudor has T0, which stands for Tudor 10 leaf and my 28 Phaeton has P8, which stands for Phaeton 8 leaf. |
