adjusted the brakes today
adjusted the brakes on the 30 tudor today. surprisingly it was very simple. it wasnt stopping to its fullest potential so i thought, id never actually driven one before i bought mine, but i thought surely it should do better than this. it still has the woven shoes on it. and they seem to do ok now, i got a front set of the new style shoes ordered, has anybody used them, and what do yall think. it would seem to me that they should do a lot better that the woven type?

Woven ones are best.

Re: adjusted the brakes today
Generally, woven shoes are used on steel drums and molded/bonded on cast.. But, I've switched them around without any problems..
