Default H59H Engine??

A friend of mine bought a car with a H59 (59AB) engine.

can anyone enlighten us about the H59?

Its also have a E774 marking

I would guess it a Canadian block, it has the round bump above the oil outlet, alot of Can block are drilled there for full flow oil filters. Walt

The car came over from USA some weeks ago, so i dont think its German.
Canada maybe but they used C did they not?


According yo the story it was built in the sixties.
