what weight of oil in a 1951 ford 6 cylinder
I just picked up a 1951 Ford Custom Deluxe club coupe. It has probably been sitting for 25 to 30 years. It does have oil in it. I put some marvel mystery oil in the spark plug holes and soaked for a bit, I slowly bumped the engine and eventually cranked the motor. I did get it started and seems to run fairly smoothly. Now I would like to change this oil out and put in fresh oil.
What weight of oil is recommended to use on a 1951 Ford 6 cylinder engine? Thank you! |

Can't go wrong with regular 10w30.
