Default Re: Diff oil ends upp in gearbox?

Hey Lars

As Mart mentioned I have had the same issue with my truck since I bought it. You are doing well at 700km I could drain around 1 litre of fluid from the trans to put back in the rear end after about 100km!
It came fitted with a Tardel baffle that obviously didn't work for me so my next idea was this...

This didn't work either.
Now I have fitted one of these manual marine sump pumps under the cab floor just in front of the seat.

It is mounted on a simple bracket, the trans filler plug is drilled and a pipe fitting has been silver soldered in with the same done to one of the top rear axle bolts.
So far it seems to be working well.
