Default tricks to getting the drive pulley off the crank

Trying to get the pulley off the crank. Quite a bit of load on the puller so far without movement. Have heated it some but no luck so far. Any tricks other than just keep going? I have in the past simply added a little more turn any time I happen to walk by while working on other projects and to quote Red from the Shawshank Redemption, "That's all it really takes, time and pressure".
