This strap has the rceptical for the strap style tire lock. Pretty rare piece. It appears to be the same less the receptical as the strap used with the locking hubcap. The lock receptial is only held on with a couple of small spot welds and the bent over tabs.It would probably work with all the locking hubcaps 32-35.
It has had some rust but would be easy to fill.
