Default 60hp obscure- aluminum pan and cast iron intake

Finally found my cast iron 60 intake for the non believers. Has the draft tube mount as found on the late aluminum intakes. Don't see a part number. Now we have a use for all those fuel pump push rods. I will have to put it side by side with an aluminum intake.

And for all those that think the 1932 was the only aluminum pan.
Aluminum pan carries Ford part number, but it is not listed in my 1950 Chassis Parts book. Only the gasket is shown. It has the crankcase vent like an early pan but has large journal crank area of late. A perfect fit to the replacement block that has vent and large journals. That's a 1940 bearing cap in the picture.

Now if I can figure out how to wrap the text around the pictures.

Brings to mind some of the various aftermarket aluminum speed parts ( supposedly for better oil cooling ) that were made for the V8 60's when they were used in Midget race cars.

Ihave a very similar oil pan. we have discussed it on here before. I will check to see if mine is same number , I believe mine has Ford in script form.
Cheers

Possibly European? I have had a few European flatheads of different varieties and cast aluminum pans are quite common here. Vedette engines 60 and 85, 100 hp big flatheads, French and German, and also the different B type Four cylinder engines made in Europe. Also typically has a lot more writing than the typical USA part. the casting looks to be of the same high quality also.

The steel intake is a new one to me though.

Just speculation...

"52P" part number should indicate 1935, the P could be a non American production part. The "V8-60" was introduced in England about 1935, correct?

For the most part, I agree with the other responders posts. Most likely non-domestic pan and a later service (part) intake.

I have a NOS aluminum oil pan for the early small crank 60 with no script or numbers. When side by side with a 32 pan it appears to be ford made. Ray

What are the three letters or marks at bottom? I can't see them clearly, but they remeind me of marks used on French Ford stuff.
