Default 40 coupe doors

I have been told that 4-door sedan front doors will fit 40 coupes. Is there any difference between the two or can they be made to fit correctly?

The top rear corner is the only difference that I know of, here's a couple of pics. I have heard of guys shaving down the upper rear edge, like kelly's restoration said. If there are any other differences hopefully the 40 experts will chime in.

That's it, top rear corner curves down on the coupe. Fordor doors can be trimed to fit. I think the sedan delivery doors are the same as the fordor.
Nice pics kgriff, send me those doors.
