Default Replacing 28-29 Cowl Panels

What is the best method for attacking the spot welds? Thanks

Attacking or attaching? If you are wanting to remove them, then use a center punch to locate the center and then use a drill to remove the weld in the outter skin only. Pry off the skin after the welds have been broken.
