Default Access to Steering Box Sector Adjusting Screw

I've never seen a posting mentioning this issue.

The drivers-side exhaust manifold on the 59AB in my '47 sits directly above the sector gear adjusting screw with only about a 1 inch space between the two. Is this normal and is there a special tool for turning the adjusting screw ? The engine/frame/steering box layout is stock.

On my '42 I also used an offset screwdiver to adjust. Did this from underneath the car.
Not a big deal.

Made a screwdriver by grinding the short end of a 3/8 allen key easy as.

Thanks to all above. I'll try a few retailers for an offset otherwise I'm off to the grinder. Seems strange Henry Ford set this up this way Don't see anything mentioned in the Ford Service Bulletins.

Ford didn't design this adjustment to be done at home in the driveway by an amateur with few tools. It was designed to be performed in a shop staffed by professionals with proper tools.
Again, not a big deal with the car in the air & proper tools.
