Parts Price List
Does anyone know where I can purchase the early Parts Price List? Later ones are available in parts catalogs dated July 1 1931. I would like to get the earlier one dated Jan 1928 as it has the earlier parts in it, where as the later one has the later parts that superceded many of the 28/29 parts.

Re: Parts Price List
I bought my repro copy on ebay about 7 years ago. I would have printed it on white paper rather than yellow paper, but at least it has the information needed.

Re: Parts Price List
I found an original on eBay about six or seven years ago. However, I buy repros of all my parts books because...I use them. In the end, a 31 book is as good as the early ones...somewhere is an article by Marco on how to understand the parts numeration system so you can track any part back to AR.

Rusty is looking for the reprint PPL's....January 1, 1928. I also believe there should be one in October of 1928? I purchased a Jan 1, 1928 about 5 years ago,...but I can't remember who the Gent was! This can't be that hard of a question,...or is it? |

Re: Parts Price List
Hardtimes,
The book you posted a picture of is the later book that includes 28 though 32. The concern I have is that a number of early parts (I have early cars) were superseded with cost reduced and different designed parts. I was hoping to get a 1928 PPL that has only the parts used on early cars. There are probably a lot of parts that were used on 28's in the book you have, but not all. Thanks for posting the info, Rusty Nelson |
