The steering of that vehicle looks interesting.
The driver's seat, steering wheel anyway, must have swivled with the front end. Could it have had some kind of gearing set up ? How else could it work ? MIKE (mikeburch) |

Just hazarding a guess the drivers seat, steering, and controls were attached to the tractor, the bus trailer turned on a large ring (maybe with a gimble mount), aka military tank turret ring.
