Default 36greyhound

Yesterday my greyhound was broken off my 36 ford.
Would like to buy one. Know they are hard to find but hope springs eternal

They are being reproduced and are available at many of the antique car parts dealers. Bob Drake is one source.

I'm sorry to inform you that the greyhound reproduction radiator caps are out of production with no time line of when they are being run again. You will have to call all dealers to see if anyone has one remaining in inventory.

Hi Guys, Dick, I guarantee you will remember this right away, but the '36 doesn't have an exposed radiator cap. For that year the greyhound is attached with a through-bolt and the cap is under the driver's side hood.

George, you shouldn't feel extra bad, they get very brittle with age. For example, there are many of them out there missing their tails!

All greyhounds for Fords in 36 were after market, so that is what you should look for. There are at least 4 for sale on Ebay right now.
