Here is my story. That lying Bastard Lyndon Johnson said "I will never send American boys to Veetnom:. I won the draft lottery in 1965 and landed in combat on Christmas Eve. Went over with 11 and 3 of us came home alive. Got Malaria, Hepatitis, Agent Orange and shrapnel in left leg.

Petehoovie et al: Welcome Home, Brother! Thanks also to the many women who served and are continuing to serve (met my wife in Nuremberg, FRG in 1978, married her in 1981, 40 years ago this year and a damned fine soldier!)
Joe: You were the smart one; even after three Purple Hearts I kept volunteering to go back (ostensibly to get even ~ fail!)
