Does anyone have the factory empty weight, driving weight (with typical driver weight I guess) and total loaded (max allowable - what it can carry) weights for 1933 / 1934 V8 Five Window Coupe? I realise it's a strange request but I am looking at getting my coupe registered in France (where I have a place) and the authorities ask for this information. Thanks in anticipation.

All I can find is from the 1933-34 Ford Book, Appendix G, Ford Shipping Weights, which credits: General Letter No. 14-1, Dated March 17, 1933:

Standard 5W Coupe: 2533 lbs.
Deluxe 5W Coupe: 2538 lbs.

That's "with spare wheel, tool kits, and containing an average amount of lubricating oil, but drained of gasoline and water. Except when specified, these weights are with balloon tires." It also notes that is with front and rear bumpers.

You will only be able to get a collector car title,not a normal title and apply through the FFVE.If you need more help since I lived there I have a good friend that does this all the time.
