nice 1937 ford steering box with column and column drop. has the key but its stuck and i have been soaking it with penetrating oil. box turns smooth. no steering wheel or pitman arm

SOLD perfer not to ship but will if buyer pays for shipping and the material to box it

edit,
i checked the key today and it does function. key has some wear and you have to wiggle it alittle but it turns the lock peg in and out smooth.
tube is nice. no pitting and only a little surface rust. has most of the paint still on it.
