B & W Brake GAUGE PORTLAND ORE PAT APLD FOR

The basis of this description is based on a note in the box when I bought this item about 40 years ago and the information in the AMMCO BRAKE GAUGE 1750 instructions. The note states that the tool is for a major brake adjustment by changing the anchor bolts, purchased for $xx.xx sell for $xx.xx and the high bidder will also receive the note.

This tool is for a major brake adjustment by changing anchor bolts for Chrysler, Dodge, Desoto, Plymouth, Ford, & Mercury cars.
This is the original brake gauge designed and patented by Ralph L Burke & Roy E Wasley from Portland Oregon.
Hence B & W Brake gauge, patent number 2553525 filed Oct 19, 1946 patented May 15, 1951.
