Stewart Warner Parts Source?
I have some older Stewart Warner 2 1/16" gauges I've collected over the years and I'd like to run 'em -- but unfortunately they didn't come with the mounting brackets. I need both the standard height brackets, plus one of the shorter insulated brackets for the ammeter.
I've searched the internet and the usual vendors, and S-W doesn't respond. Is there a source for these old gauge parts? Thanks.

Some guys also use Williamson's Instruments. Their web address is www.williamsons.com. I'd try them too. Good luck . |

If you can't find them they would be simple to make. It would be easy to make very original looking plated duplicates. Guess it just depends on how much time you have.

Check e-Bay. Autometer makes gauge brackets for 2 1/16 gauges. If the spacing is correct for the mounting posts the Autometer bracket should work. check e-Bay # 264598840222

Re: Stewart Warner Parts Source?
There are 6 ,3 gauge brackets(3 NOS) listed now on EBAY.$60 - $130.
Here is one for a single gauge although it says for 2 1/8". https://www.ebay.com/itm/Vintage-Ste...wAAOSwqqNfWpvg Last edited by deuce lover; 10-04-2020 at 11:31 AM. |

Thanks, but I'm I'm looking for u-brackets, not a gauge panel. Lots of Autometer brackets available, which I can modify. I'd like to find an S-W insulated ammeter bracket though.

Re: Stewart Warner Parts Source?
If the Autometer brackets will work you can bore out the mounting holes and insert a nylon bushing from places like Ace Hardware.
