Did you notice the hydraulic lift on the front? It raises the front of the car so you can swap the front tires to the skies.

Yup, more info/pics here: https://www.geekbobber.com/2015/01/1...-delivery.html Not sure a convertible was the best choice for Montana winters, but I guess they used what they had in 1936. Ford built mail trucks for the PO but rural carriers often made their own like this one - for more examples, google images for Model A mail car. |
