Thumbs up Re: Big Euro Auction

Wow!! I better hurry up and win the Power-Ball lotto! I've already picked out the cars/trucks I want: '28 Towncar, '29 pumper fire truck, '30 68B, '31 400A, '32 400B & the '33 German convertible Victoria. Plus the '46 tractor trailer rig and trailer.

BTW- why are so many of the estimates so far off?

32 B400 is worth quite a bit more, as is the towncar...........

They like to pull you in with a low estimate.
Most are on no reserve I seem to remember.

Fairly certain the town car is a modern recreation and not original. The Town Car Delivery is definitely a recreation tribute.

Yup, both the Town Car and Town Car delivery are more recent creations.....as are unfortunately many of the "interesting" vehicles in the museum (Boat-Tail Roadster, Ice Cream Truck, Jail Truck/Fire Truck, etc, etc, etc...). Several of the lot descriptions seem to be bordering on "fake news".....so be sure to fact check before putting down your hard earned cash

Here are some photos of a couple of the more interesting fantasy Model A's (from the Bonhams auction website):

Some of these Model A's were offered for sale in their 2014 auction but were no-sales and were also offered for sale for several years on the museum web site as well.
