Disconnect the throttle pedal (pull hard on the top of the pedal, it mates with a ball on the linkage). Undo a bajillion small screws around the cover, lift off over the shifter and the end of the accelerator linkage. It's easier with the seat out.

If it is a clutch disc that is stuck to the flywheel, then put
the vehicle in high gear, hold the clutch pedal to the floor,
then have a few people rock the vehicle back and forth, the
disc should come un-stuck from the flywheel.

Guys, he didn't say "stuck clutch"

The clutch actuating rod has a threaded clevis on the end where it attaches to the clutch pedal lever.
Pull the cotter pin and remove the connecting pin, turn the clevis ccw 2 or 3 turns (make it longer) and reassemble. Try to get trans in gear with the engine running.
If it won't, re-do and go a little longer on the adjustment until it works!
Simple as that

If there is proper free play, and it wont go in gear...its a stuck clutch disk I would suspect

The motor runs fine, truck is presently on jacks stands. Can not shift into gear with the motor running with clutch depressed. Nothing has been done with the truck for years, I bought from it the family of a deceased friend, they said it was driven a short distance about a month ago..... I've tried all of your suggestion, I have not checked on the linkage adjustments suggested....
