Ha ha, definitely a scam! ( Or Lawson has turned into quite the practical joker!)
Hope his computer hasn't been hacked.

I once got an e-mail that purported to be from the son of close friends stating he was in Russia and had been robbed of all his cash and credit cards and need me to send him $1500 so he could get back home. Of course I sent it to him, NOT. Many times I've wished for a magic button that I could push that would smoke one of these guy's computer, that would be justice.

I have received 3 similar emails but did not open any. They had come from a different but very active member. A strong "fish" smell. I believe there is a "fungus amungus" !

I can't wait to get that "we have your grandkid in jail" phone call. I will tell them, "Good, keep him there, I always hated that little F****er!"

Scammers are clever- ish.

My rule. If you lend a friend money, expect to never see it. If you do! well then they are a good friend worth keeping.
