Problem Horn
I have a horn that looses it's adjustment often, especially during parades. How can I keep it adjusted to the ahooga sound? Is my problem a worn Horn Motor Diaphragm or...........?
Also the horn does not seem the correct ahooga sound. Is this a bad Horn Diaphragm? Any suggestions or words of instruction would be really appreciated. |

Re: Problem Horn
could be repo diaphragm, Thicker than orig so note different, on 6 or 12 volt, ??Adjustments have a spring under it ? screw stripped ? many things, get an exploded view of one may show the problem , all else fails don,t use it as much or drop blue pill in gas tank ,

Re: Problem Horn
I would say that the screw or the hole is stripped or the threads are not that good. You could try some LIGHT DUTY locktite on the screw to keep it in place if you do not want to fix the horn now, but you probably will as it sounds like there might be something wrong with the diaphragm.
