Default I think I sorta struck out on rear ends.

My 39 project has a 4.11 rear end and Id like to have a 3.78, so I pulled the 38 frame up to the shop to check the ratio in that rear end, but dang, it looks like its a 40/9 stamed on the bottom. 4.44? You don't hear thoses numbers much, Musta been a real stump puller

I might have a set of 3.78's. Let me look, might be a day or so before I can get to it.


I am about 100 miles north of Springfield if that helps.
