Default Advice on mounting cab

I am putting a 29 Old Rusty Closed Cab Pickup together with parts I have gathered up all over Montana. Got the cab sitting on the frame and ready to fasten it down and leveling up the doors. Anyone have any good advice before I start?

Make sure the frame is straight.

You have to start at the front and work back . Make sure the frame is flat and square they will straighten cold lots of good advise here on the "barn" . Mount the radiator with the shell fitted . Mount the cab with the webbing fitted then the regular body blocks .Your next job is to shim the cab with the rubber spacers pads to get a good hood fit . You might find you could have uneven shims each side but this will not matter , Once the hood fits well you move back to door fit .The cab is very flexible and responds to how you fit the rubber pads it is a learning curve For cab alignment the gas tank must be fitted . Hood fit can be tweaked with the rubber pads at the rad foot mounting Fitting the CCPU cab is the easiest the worst is a four door phaeton you always land up with one door ( any door) which wont fit nicely .

Ignore this post, I’ll try again later.
Either myself, or the computer are experiencing technical difficulties.
Have a good afternoon.

Ok, so I'm going to try this again.
The information I have attached, is from Neil Wilson, I'm sure it is also somewhere on the truck website www.aafords.com
The only other thing I would add, is to get some thin rubber belting from Tractor Supply, or a similar store, to make your own shims. The belting is reinforced rubber, and will not compress easily, as the shims I have seen from vendors, they are just plain rubber, and compress and tend to squash out when the mounting bolts are tightened.
