ID rear end/hubs ?

Cqn anyone tell me what rear end/hubs this is? The hubs have a raised ring instead of a grove around them. 5x5 1/2 bolt pattern. My hub puller doesn;t fit them. The backing plates have mechanical brake levers. 35? or earlier?
