33/34 rumble lid interior
For the rumble lid assembly
The inside cavity between the inside of exterior rumble panel and the interior reinforce panel the rumble spring hangs on … is that sprayed with the sound deafening lumpy material … or simply panted body color??? That's the area you access via the big holes in the reinforce panel. Thank you Ed Solari |

No sound deadening material was used inside the rumble lids of the six '33-'34 roadsters I've owned, only body color paint.
