Default 33/34 roadster support bracket

Hi... on the support bracket below the center panel that supports the latch for the rumble lid (see pix). There is an attachment point to the bottom of the drip rail (blue arrow). What is the OEM method...tapping screw, bolt, rivet???? Need the size of item (length and thread size etc.). For item what is orientation Example for a screw is it screwed from top (drip rail cavity) or from bottom???...or is it a spot weld???
