Well, credit might need to go to Fordestes, I located it on a search based on his "check out you tube flathead ford front seal sleeve install" post.

I used Don Ferguson's front seal and sleeve. Followed the instructions and no problems.

Thanks JSeery for posting the video I don't do much on transferring or referencing, since I don't have my grandkids to show me how but nevertheless the messge is out there, I wish I had MR. Baloughs' youtube video then, I just stumbled on to his video a couple of days ago, When I had fits with the one, I had to use u.v kit and a magnifying glass to see what was happening, I wouldn't have known or even guessed the seals are two piece until I had problems with mine a few years ago. also I tried to find a replacement inner seal at the time and came up empty handed, the inner seals may be available no ,it sure would be nice to just replace the inner seal if they start leaking later on.

Thankyou to all for all your suggestions. Also what a great video that JSerry added.
I have decided to drop the Oil Pan again this coming weekend and take another look at things with all the information provided.
My 35 3 window is getting real close to drive now. Pictures soon.
Many Thanks to all.

Hi Fellas,
Update on Oil Leak from front Seal
I stayed with the New Style Seal and followed the Video posted by JSeery, and it worked. No leaks.
Thank you.

Before you start tearing it down again, I would check for a blockage in the road draft tube

I would install the aftermarket smooth 8BA sleeve on the crank and then cut the spiral portion off of your pulley and butt it up to the sleeve.
