Default Transmission shift arm question

I can't locate this transmission shift arm part number in the Big Green Book.
What vehicles does it fit? it looks like the part #is 01A-7286.
Also has an H cast into it.

Thanks.

Sure it's not 21A-7285?

The parts book gives the correct part number although the arm has the 7286 cast or forged into it. I think the arm got the 7286 in mfg but the completed part (including the pin) was given the 7285 number. The arm started out with the 01A prefix but became the 21A version when Ford modified the angle slightly in 1942. They are considered interchangeable.
