A friend of mine has this KRW engine stand adaptor but we don't know what it is used for. No markings on it except KR Wilson.
Does anyone know what it's used for?

Thanks for the lead. I looked at the Dan Price's website but didn't find anything similar to this one. I believe it may be an adaptor originating from the period when Manzel aquired KR Wilson. I haven't found any on line Manzel tool catalogs from the 1950s though.

I posted my question in the other Fordbarn forums also, and I got the answer in the Early V8 forum. The adaptor is used for the Y-block engine, and it is listed in KRW catalog #59 from 1959.
