Is there anybody that has or reproduces door lock cylinders for the model a cars?

Snyders and Berts in Denver both show them. Both have online catalogs 😉

No is the short answer.

You need to be more specific.

There are a number of different styles depending on manufacturer and year. You would have to take a picture of the one you have so it could be identified. There are people who specialize in lock work you would want to contact them.
