How much room is there between the rear of the frame of the bottom seat cushion and the inside rear wall of the cab?

How much room between the bottom of the seat cushion and the floor?

If you really want them located up higher on the rear wall of the cab (without hitting your head on them) a custom enclosure may be required. Not sure if the ceiling may be an option, it depends on occupant size and available space / headroom.

Visit a local car audio shop for ideas.

If you are not wanting a stereo then the original front mounted single speaker up over the rearview mirror would work.
