Default Problem with adjusting arm and trunion and clutch pedal

On the clutch pedal, one side of the "ring" is thinner than the other. When I place the adjusting arm and trunion inside, there is a gap. How can I fix this?

Thank you.

That is many years of wear. You can bush it, build it up and machine, or replace it. It might go another bunch of years without trouble, and shouldn't cause a rattle since it is under tension.

That area is subject to break, leaving you without the ability to disengage the clutch.
Check the clutch release shaft arm also. In the interim, look for a replacement clutch pedal. I don't believe they have ever been reproduced so check with Berts

A restoration would be to weld it up and re machine it. If you can find a good replacement that is a lot easier.

This is a simple repair that any good machine shop should be able to do with Brent's drawing. I have this same issue with my clutch pedal and will repair it myself (when I disassemble the car) by adding weld material to the hole, then boring and reaming.
