MAFCA convention Kerrville
My wife and I have never been to a MAFCA event and are considering going. So I have a few questions for you guys that have been in the past.
The info online is very limited. What can we expect? Are certain days better or plan on all 5 days? Anything we shouldn't miss? Anything we should? We probably don't have time to Trailer the A from NC so would be flying into San Antonio. Is there still fun to be had without the A present? Thanks for any tips, suggestions, or for just sharing your experiences.

Re: MAFCA convention Kerrville
Plan on all 5 days. We have tried to make it interesting for the entire time. As far as should not miss it depends on your interest. Hubley races are fun to participate in but also to watch. Fashions are interesting. Walking the parking lot just before dark or early in the morning with a cup of coffee lets you see a big variety of cars and to talk to some interesting people.
Look at the seminars. $5 is pretty cheap for the training. There are self-guided tours every day. They are more fun in an A but you still get to see the same countryside in a modern. Check at registration and see if anyone is willing to take you with them in their A. More questions- shoot me a PM wiht your phone numebr and I will give you a call.

Drop by the repair area at least once, and take a look at the judged cars. You will see your car there. And learn some things from the owner you may not know.

There will be a sign up at the registration table for people that are willing to take other in their car anytime and those that want a ride.

Re: MAFCA convention Kerrville
I am going, but flying there. I will be hosting a Victoria Association gathering and all are welcome. Please look at the bulletin board for Date, Time and Location.
See you there!
