I don't like how this makes you post 10 times to be able to contact a seller to give them money

The Forum won't allow replies to anything. This includes private messages.
This is problematic. It tells me I must have 5 posts and then says I have to have 9 posts.
But the system won't allow me to make posts. This is a bit ridiculous and doesn't seem to be working properly unless I missed something.

I guess I must be ignorant, your rules state that I must have 10 posts before I can do anything to respond to another post....new to this forum stuff. Station Wagon forum appears to be dead so found this one, how do I get to 10 if there is no way to reply??????
