Default Victoria Rear Seat Back

On a 31 Victoria rear seat, is it supposed to hinge forward to reveal a small storage space? If so, are there supposed to be cutouts in the sides of the seat back so it will clear the armrests?

Yes, there is a clip at the top of the seat back that unclips to let the seat pull forward. My car doesn't have armrests, so I can't speak to that.

No it has some taper but it basically just mashes forward
The arms are thinner at the back than at the front
It works
Female clip is/was hard to find maybe available now
