1932 Model B Motor

I v got a 1932 Model B motor that(was told) was never run and is new old stock according to the former owner. This was a spare engine for city vehicles in Thornton,IA that was used as a backup which was never used. There is no serial number on the block and I checked the compression chambers, valves and pistons are as new and free from carbon. The engine has much of its original paint. Motor has no carb and I m looking to get $2500.00 obo.
