Title pretty much says it all... how about a general discussion forum where guys could post shop-related questions, or stuff that isn't dedicated specifically and only to Model T, Model A, etc. ?

It's a decent idea. It'd be a good place for topics that stretch throughout all the genres covered individually, such as a "barn find thread" or historic photos, etc.
