351W heads

Are 1984 351W heads the same as 1979 351W heads?

I don't about the size of the combustion chamber but they have the same size intake and exhaust valves. '69-74 had a little bigger head diameter valves, intake 1.844" versus 1.782", and the exhaust 1.543" vs 1.46". Hope this helps.
