seat pivot cover

Anybody with a 46 to 48 ford (or mercury) coupe, between the front seat back cushions I am missing the material to cover the seat frame at the pivot point. I am guessing that it was use to minimize frame exposer, its not a big piece, but there are hoses in the frame for attachment, a template or sketch with dims would help to make this piece, any help will be appreciated.
