Default Horn Bell Cover for 1937 Ford Pickup (Deluxe)

I have a 1937 Ford Pickup that has the Deluxe Accessories Package which includes dual horns. These dual horns have a s/s bell cover. The original ones (or at least some very old ones that were on the pickup) are labeled
SPARTON C-L6
JACKSON, MICH. MADE IN U.S.A.

This is ENGRAVED in the rim of the bell cover.

When I search bell covers that suppose to go on my pickup, they all are labeled SPARTON C- L4 and some have MADE IN U.S.A. and some do not, but ALL appear to be EMBOSSED!!!

Anyone explain to me what the difference is or which is correct???

Thanks!!!
