Default Front Bumper 1930 - 31

I have an old front bumper which looks like a 30 -31 model. It is 2 inches longer then the other ones I have. It is 64 inches instead of the 62 inch ones. What do I have? Thanks in advance, Bill

You have an early 1930 bumper. I think they were only used in the first three months of 1930.
