A-61412 is a Model A door latch. Not sure what the BR suffix means. Do you have a pic?

Thanks for the info. A dovetail I purchased had the number attached. It is chrome plated which I need for my Cabriolet.

The Maffi link shows the BR suffix in an obsoleted category on that last entry. The dates of release are given for each part number. Ford changed the suffix for each engineering change to a part but that didn't always carry through for spare parts made years later.

The parts book shows that fits 68-A, 68-B and 140-A.
