Try going to one of the marine supply stores there on the island -- sure they have something for boats that will work I use something from KMS tools called DRI=Z-AIR

Do you have any windows or openings you could put something like this, under 30 bucks and with the small electric motors minimal current usage I suspect. These in a widow exhausting with the car on a large plastic cover 2 or three time the cars foot print will do it. I like the Autoanything bubble too, although a bit expensive and you would really need slow nitrogen circulation to assure the drieness.
