Thanks for the kind thoughts.
I had at the time needed correct '40 pumps and that was the only place I could find that had them. I knew they would be painted but I am capable of applying the proper finish. Still, I was dumbfounded to find he does not test his work. I guess I simply assumed that if this is your business, some pride would be placed in the workmanship. Lesson learned...
