Engine color and wiring questions

We own a small restoration shop and are currently doing a ground-up restoration on a 1954 Ford pickup with the 239 V8. The trucks owner would like the engine repainted in the stock colors. Does anyone know the correct colors for this engine? Also, he wants to replace the whole wiring harness. The original harness has been sliced and spliced beyond belief. The truck has been converted to a 12-volt system. Are there any companys out there who make a complete wiring harness set up for this truck? Thanks.
